Commissioned as a full-scale residential transformation, this clean-slate garage was reimagined as an immersive creative environment. Multi-surface murals, UV-reactive paint, custom fabrication, neon integration, and a hand-poured metallic epoxy floor were executed as part of a multi-phase build designed around total creative autonomy.

The Objective
Transform a blank residential garage into a fully immersive creative space—part studio, part hangout—designed to feel intentional, elevated, and highly photogenic while remaining fully functional for everyday use.
Creative System
Built the environment around controlled contrast: a UV-reactive RAJ signature wall layered in repetition and scale, balanced by bold black-and-white optical geometry on the opposing wall. Mirrors were integrated to resolve the signature in reflection, making the space itself part of the composition.
A commissioned private buildout delivered with full creative autonomy—every surface, reflection, and object working as one immersive system.
Murals + Optical Illusion
Engineered a mirrored reveal into the layout so the signature resolves correctly in reflection, turning perspective into a design device. The “In Vino Veritas” concept wall incorporates wine-culture typography woven into the graffiti language, reinforcing the client’s brand identity within the environment.
Functional Art Objects + Finishes
Expanded the project into custom builds: a hand-poured metallic epoxy floor designed to resemble a liquid marble slab, a functional basketball installation, a fabricated washer/dryer enclosure featuring “clean vs dirty money” bill treatments, and a neon $100 bill installation (“EASY”). Materials included vinyl, acrylic, spray, epoxy, neon, and UV-reactive paint for dynamic black-light activation.
